No. Full product catalogue access, live stock quantities, and pricing are available only to approved trade account holders.

Orders can be amended or cancelled before shipment — contact your Botswana sales representative immediately. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.

There is no minimum order quantity per SKU — standard items can be ordered from 1–2 pieces. The minimum is a total order value of USD 7,000, not a per-item quantity, so you can mix and match across products, styles, and brands to reach it.

International orders, including Botswana, are priced and invoiced in US Dollars (USD). Your landed cost in pula depends on your own freight, duty, and clearing arrangements — HINLIM does not quote or invoice in pula.

Catalogue prices are FOB (Free on Board, Penang Port, Malaysia) unless otherwise stated. Shipping, insurance, and import duty are calculated separately — see the customs question below for how duty is assessed on the Botswana route.

Yes. Single-item or small-quantity sample orders are supported with no MOQ requirement, at standard catalogue rates.

Yes. HINLIM ships by sea from Penang Port, Malaysia to Durban Port, South Africa, in 24–35 days, then by road haulage inland to Gaborone — the standard two-leg route for a landlocked market. Both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) are available.

Duty is assessed by the Botswana Unified Revenue Service (BURS) under Southern African Customs Union (SACU) tariff schedules, applied by your clearing agent at entry. HINLIM issues the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin that clearance requires; registering the shipment with BURS and any local trade-licence obligations sit with the buyer and their clearing agent.

EXW (Ex-Works), FOB (Free on Board at Penang Port, Malaysia), CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight to Durban Port), and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — the right choice depends on whether your business or HINLIM arranges international freight to South Africa and the onward inland leg.

That is typically arranged by your own freight forwarder or clearing agent once the shipment lands at Durban Port, since Botswana is landlocked and every import runs this sea-plus-road route. HINLIM can recommend forwarders experienced with the Durban-to-Gaborone corridor, or work with one your business already uses.

Yes. LCL consolidation is available for orders that don't fill a full container, though the shipping cost per unit is higher than a full container load (FCL).

Inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. For transit damage, report it to HINLIM within 24 hours with photographic evidence for assessment.
